This is a three-week summer program that takes place at the Université du Maine, in Le Mans, France. Students can take the equivalent of their intermediate level French classes (third or fourth semester of French: French 201 or 202) in an immersion context. Students are housed in a residence hall on campus in an individual room with bathroom. Program fee for 2014: 1050 euros (does not include board nor cost of transportation: plane/train tickets).
Plans are underway to move the dates of the program to June and to open the program to more advanced students (French minors and majors) by offering upper-level classes or other types of service or experiential learning. Contact the program director for more information: [email protected]
